Fabric Guide
We know how important choosing the right fabric can be, so we've compiled a comprehensive list to help you make the right decision for your lifestyle & needs. Please reach out if you have any questions.
While we occasionally have some specialty blends available in limited quantities, these are the fabrics that we aim to keep in stock. We have small remnants of past fabric blends that we continue use in our mission to be as low waste as possible.
The fabric weight (in grams per square meter) is listed next to each fabric to give you a general idea on fabric thickness.
Jersey
Our most frequently used fabric. It's great for tops, dresses, shorts, Flow Pants, etc.
- Bamboo/Organic Cotton Stretch Jersey (240 GSM) - our lightest, flowiest fabric. It is very soft and has a beautiful drape for flowy designs such as dresses. It is extremely stretchy.
- Hemp/Organic Cotton Stretch Jersey (300 GSM) - a bit thicker & sturdier compared to our bamboo jersey. A great option if you are looking for a little extra support. It has a raw, natural feel to it and will hold its shape throughout the day.
- Black Bamboo/Organic Cotton Stretch Jersey (280 GSM) - similar to our undyed bamboo jersey, but slightly thicker. This is a factory dyed, solid black shade.
French Terry
Used for nearly all of our leggings and bell bottoms, and occasionally jackets and outerwear.
- Bamboo/Organic Cotton Stretch French Terry (380 GSM) - thick and compressive, yet so comfortable. Has a good amount of stretch, but will hold its shape throughout the day. Durable and long lasting.
- Black Bamboo/Organic Cotton Stretch French Terry (355 GSM) - very similar to the undyed bamboo french terry, but slightly lighter-weight. This is a factory dyed, solid black shade.
Fleece
Used for hoodies, outerwear, loungewear, and tops.
- Bamboo/Organic Cotton Stretch Fleece (340 GSM) - our lightest weight fleece. Used for tops, lighter hoodies, and lounge pants. Very stretchy, soft, and has a nice drape.
- Bamboo/Organic Cotton Fleece (400 GSM) - heavy weight and super soft. Used primarily for hoodies. Does not have any stretch.
- Black Bamboo/Organic Cotton Fleece (500 GSM) - very thick, heavy weight fleece. It is very plush and soft. Used primarily for hoodies. Does not have any stretch. This is a factory dyed, solid black shade.
Velour
Used for ponchos & accents on many of our garments.
- We have a few options in stock at the moment & are still deciding on which blend to stock full time.
Rib Knit
Mainly used as cuffs, neckbands, and waistbands. Can also be used for tops!
- Organic Cotton Rib Knit (250 GSM) - ribbed fabric with a great amount of stretch. Mainly used on hoodies, but can be a great accent for other garments as well.
- Black Organic Cotton Rib Knit (250 GSM) - the exact same as the undyed version, just black. This is a factory dyed, solid black shade.
Waffle Thermal
Used for outerwear, loungewear, and tops.
- Organic Cotton Waffle (240 GSM) - textured waffle fabric. Fairly lightweight, but still very soft and cozy. Has a bit of stretch as well.
