Free Shipping 

Free ground shipping is offered for all US orders over $55. If you would like to pay for a faster shipping service, you may select it at checkout.  International buyers must cover the cost of shipping and any potential import tariffs.

Shipping Policy

Tracking is provided for all orders. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.  If a package is returned to us, the buyer must pay the additional cost to ship again. 

Once the package is handed to the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and a tracking number is provided, the delivery is out of our hands.  We greatly encourage all customers to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. Setera is not responsible for lost, damaged, or late deliveries.  

If you purchase shipping insurance and your package is lost or damaged, we will file the insurance claim in order to replace the lost or damaged goods. Nearly all claims are approved as long as there is proof of loss or damage. In the rare instance that an insurance claim is not approved, we are unable to refund or replacement your order  

If you do not purchase shipping insurance and your package is lost or damaged, we are not liable for any lost or damaged goods.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: As of 2025, some countries have implemented new shipping tariffs that affect goods shipped from the US. Please familiarize yourself with the current legislation for your country before purchasing, as we don’t want any of our customers to be hit with unexpected fees. Unfortunately, there is not currently a way for us here at Setera to know the total amount of the import fee or display the cost at checkout. Tariffs are not included in the shipping price, and are usually charged by the shipping provider while the package is in transit, before delivery. Some shipping providers charge higher brokerage fees than others (I believe USPS is usually less expensive than UPS). Please understand that we are unable to offer refunds if you decide that you are unwilling to pay import fees. If a package is returned to us for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the cost of additional shipping.
